Video & Content Creator
The role
You turn a product, a menu or a short brief into vertical ads people actually watch.
What you'll do
- Make short video ads and product visuals for our clients
- Write hooks, captions and short scripts
- Edit with captions, music and voiceover
- Keep up with what's working on Reels and TikTok
What we're looking for
- A good eye for what makes people stop scrolling
- You've edited videos before (CapCut, Premiere or similar)
- You pick up new creative tools quickly
- A few examples of your work (school projects count)
- Slovenian or Croatian, plus good English
Sales & Outreach
The role
You find local businesses that need better ads and start the first conversation.
What you'll do
- Find businesses on Google Maps and Instagram that could use our help
- Send friendly, personal messages (never spam)
- Book intro calls for Jan
- Keep our list of leads tidy
What we're looking for
- You like talking to people and don't mind hearing no
- Good written Slovenian
- Organised and reliable
- Interest in marketing or business
Social Media Assistant
The role
You keep our clients' Instagram, Facebook and Google profiles active and on brand.
What you'll do
- Plan and schedule posts
- Reply to reviews and comments using our guidelines
- Post weekly updates to Google profiles
- Collect monthly numbers for client reports
What we're looking for
- You use Instagram and TikTok every day and know how they work
- Good spelling in Slovenian
- Reliable with deadlines
- Canva skills are a plus
Paid Ads Specialist
The role
You set up and improve Meta and Google campaigns for our clients.
What you'll do
- Set up campaigns, audiences and tracking
- Test new ads every month
- Write short, plain-language reports
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads
- Results from past campaigns you can show
- Comfortable working with small budgets
