Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what we make. Because our work is custom creative work that starts soon after you order, refunds work like this:

Kickstart Pack and Ad Creative Pack

• Full refund if you cancel before we start work (before you receive the first concepts).
• Once concepts are delivered, we don't refund, but we revise them until they match the agreed brief (2 rounds of revisions included).
• If we miss the agreed delivery date by more than 5 working days, you can choose a full refund instead.

Monthly plans and Website care

• Paid monthly in advance, cancellable anytime with 30 days notice.
• We don't refund a month that has already started. You keep everything we delivered in that month.

Websites and online stores

• The 50% deposit is refunded in full if you cancel before we show you the first design.
• After the first design, the deposit covers the work done and isn't refunded. You receive the design files.

Ad spend

Money spent on ads is paid by you directly to Meta, Google or TikTok. We never hold it, so we can't refund it.

If you are a consumer in the EU

If you buy as a private person (not a business), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you ask us to start work within those 14 days, you agree to pay for the part already done if you withdraw, and you lose the right of withdrawal once the work is fully delivered.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@kadroagency.com with your name and order or invoice number. We reply within 2 working days and send approved refunds to the original payment method within 14 days.
