Who we share it with
Only with services we need to run the business: Shopify (website, forms and payments), Google Workspace (email), Calendly (call booking), our accountant, the creative production tools we use to make your content, and the ad platforms you ask us to manage (Meta, Google, TikTok). Some are based outside the EU and use EU-approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell your data.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Shopify Payments and its partners. We never see or store your full card number.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't become a project: 12 months
- Job applications: 6 months, unless you agree to a longer period
- Client and invoice records: as long as tax law requires (10 years in Slovenia)
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe
- Published reviews: until you ask us to remove them
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@kadroagency.com. You can also complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, www.ip-rs.si).
