Cookies are small files your browser stores when you visit a website. We use as few as we can.
Essential (always on)
Needed for the site to work: remembering your cookie choice, your language, keeping forms secure and protecting against spam. These are set by Shopify, which hosts our website.
Statistics and marketing (only with your consent)
If you click "Accept" in the cookie banner, we may use Shopify Analytics, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google to see which pages people visit and to measure our own ads. If you click "Decline", none of these are set.
Things we store in your browser
- Chat assistant: your conversation is kept only in your browser tab (session storage) and deleted when you close the tab.
- Welcome offer: we remember that you've seen or closed the pop-up (so it doesn't keep appearing) and, if you claimed it, your discount code (local storage). Nothing is sent to us until you submit a form.
Booking calendar
Our booking calendar is provided by Calendly. It only loads after you click "Show available times". From then on, Calendly may set its own cookies to run the calendar.
Changing your mind
You can change your choice anytime with the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page, or delete cookies in your browser settings.
