Terms of service
These terms apply when you order a package, plan or website from Derma Op d.o.o., Kajuhova ulica 1, 8250 Brežice, Slovenia, registration number 6174981000 ("we", "Kadro Agency"). Kadro Agency is a brand of Derma Op d.o.o. By ordering, you agree to these terms.
1. What we do
We create ad content (videos, images, text), build and maintain websites and, depending on your plan, manage your ads, social media and Google profile. What's included is listed on our website and in your written offer. If the two differ, the written offer applies.
2. Your part
You send us what we need (logo, photos, product information, access to your accounts) on time. Delays on your side move our deadlines by the same number of days.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are in euros. All prices include VAT.
- One-off packs (Kickstart Pack, Ad Creative Pack) are paid upfront, by card on our website or by bank transfer.
- Monthly plans and Website care are paid monthly in advance on an invoice from Derma Op d.o.o., due within 8 days.
- Websites and online stores: 50% when you order, 50% when the site goes live.
- Founding prices apply to the first 3 months for our first 5 clients. After that, the regular price applies unless you cancel.
4. Discount codes
Welcome codes (such as WELCOME10) give the stated discount on your first order only: the Kickstart Pack or the first month of a plan. One code per client, valid for the period shown when you receive it, not combinable with other codes and not exchangeable for cash. The code is applied on top of founding prices.
5. Revisions
Each delivery includes 2 rounds of revisions within the agreed brief. Changing the brief counts as new work.
6. Ownership
Once paid in full, you own the final content we deliver and can use it anywhere. We may show it in our portfolio unless you tell us not to.
7. Production tools
We use professional software, including AI-assisted tools, to produce content. Where content shows realistic AI-generated people or scenes, it carries an "AI-generated" label as required by EU law, and you must not remove that label when publishing.
8. Results
We work hard for results but cannot guarantee specific sales, leads, rankings or ad performance, as these also depend on your offer, your budget and the platforms.
9. Ad accounts and ad spend
Ad accounts stay in your name and you pay ad spend directly to the platforms. You are responsible for your ads following platform rules and the law. We will warn you if we see a problem.
10. Reviews
If you send us a review, we only publish it with your permission, and we remove it on request.
11. Cancellation
Monthly plans and Website care can be cancelled by email with 30 days notice. See our Refund policy for refunds.
12. Liability
Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months, except where the law does not allow a limit.
13. Law
Slovenian law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in Brežice, Slovenia, unless consumer law gives you another option.
